Healthy Brain Smoothie

Fruits:

(I use a Ninja Blender)

  • 1 packet Frozen Açai

  • 1/3 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries

  • 1/3 cup Frozen Mixed Berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)

  • 1/3 cup Frozen Pineapples

  • 1/4 cup Frozen Peaches

(For liquids use either green tea or sugar free cranberry juice)

Supplements:

(use amount suggested on packaging)

I like to put my smoothie in a large mason jar so that I can close it up and keep it fresh!
